Each registration must be accepted by the organizer. Your participation is guaranteed only upon an official confirmation from the organizing team.
Only one person per company may register for this event.

Meet Poland wrkshop is a semi-hosted event. All costs are included starting from your arrival airport or station.
Flight booking is upon each participant. The organizer will indicate airlines that will offer a special tariff.
Meet Poland 2024 Workshop is an event focused on incoming tourism to Poland.
MEETING MANAGEMENT
Tables for buyers will be set up in the location of the workshop, sellers will move between the tables based on the order of appointments listed in their diary.
Each buyer will have a table number (which you will also find listed in your agenda as table). On the day of the workshop, the map of the tables will be delivered to facilitate travel.
We kindly remind you that the official language of the workshop is English.
The B2B sessions are from 10:15 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:30, the duration of each appointment is 15 minutes; we ask for your kind cooperation in respecting the times indicated on the agenda for a better success of the event; an audible announcement will warn you every 15 minutes to change stations.

A shuttle service to the workshop venue will be assured only from/to the following airports:
